Although I have only managed Bill for a short period of time, his energy and enthusiasm were definitely defining characteristics of his professional style. Bill has played a role of managing a MIS team to support several of the Back Office Operations functions, and has always looked for new ways to improve his process as well as the areas that he was supporting. He has consistenly met and exceeded the expectations of his internal clients, hence earning himself a respectable reputation. Bill is dedicated and absolutely dependable. He has been a pleasure to work with and would be an asset to any organization.

Bill is an excellent manager, analyst and developer. He was a key business and technical contributor to the creation of organization’s centralized BI and MIS platform, providing both his technical and business insight during the design and deployment. Bill assisted in the creation and review of the BI & MIS environment’s operational guidelines and best practices. He was able to leverage both his business background and technical skills to see the platform would meet the business group’s technical needs. He quickly and enthusiastically learned the platform’s new tools and capabilities, facilitating their adoption and use by the other business MIS users. As the manager of a business technology team (MIS), Bill encouraged his team to partner with our technical staff, and with his support, established strong working relationships with both our internal staff and external vendors.
