MANAGER, GOVERNANCE   

  • Led internal efforts to improve internal accuracy, efficiency and flow of data throughout the organization. Several successful projects highlight my efforts; I devised a performance management system to monitor key functions, ensured that the enterprise was invoiced appropriately and charged back against the proper internal lines of business, and in general, sought ways to reduce expenses through various invoice management and monitoring techniques. Responsible for various components of a $100 million + annual contract
  • Measured internal and vendor SLA performance and conformance to regulatory and contractual obligations. Managed and regulated through regular meetings with all stakeholders to track and oversee performance of  suppliers and vendors
  • Created and implemented a centralized data warehouse and toolset that managed and analyzed vast sums of disparate data. I also led the team that reduced manual processing time by over 90 percent within one year.
